WORLD OF  NUMBERS TERM OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of World of Numbers ("the App") provided by Muhtesem Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

World of Numbers is a free math puzzle game. Progress, virtual items (such as hearts, hints, diamonds, and room decorations), and daily goals are part of the gameplay experience and have no real-world cash value.

2. Advertising

The App is supported by advertisements delivered through AppLovin MAX. This is the only advertising service used in the App.

• Rewarded ads — You may optionally watch ads to receive in-game benefits (such as extra hearts or hints).

• We do not guarantee ad availability at all times or in all regions.

Your use of ads is also subject to AppLovin's terms and policies.

3. No purchases

The App does not offer in-app purchases or real-money transactions. All gameplay rewards are virtual.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute unauthorized copies of the App

• Use cheats, exploits, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay

• Interfere with the App's operation or advertising systems

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, graphics, levels, and code, is owned by Muhtesem Apps or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Game data stored on your device may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear storage, or change devices.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
