Wordix Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Muhteşem Apps ("we", "us") governing your use of the Wordix mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by the laws of your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Your account
- You can play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- Guest progress is tied to the device/installation and may be lost if you delete the App or clear its data without linking an account. Link an account to preserve your progress.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players, or use offensive, hateful, or unlawful usernames or content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Circumvent, reset, or manipulate scores, rankings, rewards, coins, lives, or matchmaking.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, remove content, and reset unfairly obtained progress or rewards, at our discretion.
5. Virtual items and rewards
The App may include virtual items such as coins, lives, rewards, and progress ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you — not owned. We may adjust, expire, or remove Virtual Items, and may change game rules, balancing, or economy at any time. If in-app purchases are offered in the future, additional terms and the applicable app store's payment and refund policies will apply.
6. User content
You are solely responsible for content you provide, such as your username and avatar selection. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that violates others' rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content as needed to operate the App (for example, displaying your username and score to other players on leaderboards and in matches).
7. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Expo, Sentry, and the Google Play and Apple App Stores. Your use of the App may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Advertising
This version of the App does not contain third-party ads. If advertising is introduced in a future update, it will be governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which will be updated accordingly.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may update the App to fix issues, add features, or meet legal requirements. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. You use the App at your own risk, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. The current version is always published at the linked page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
